The Upper Forth Boat Club was formed in 1895. With origins in 3 clubs: The Bridgeness Yacht Club; The Upper Forth Sailing Club and Bo’ness Motor Cruising Club. Imagine the bun fight involved in picking the new name! Officially named UFBC in 1952.
